Mandatory Registration:

Citizens of Venezuela, as well as those from Cuba, Syria, China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea, who are majority property owners or have controlling interests in land within 10 miles of these facilities, are required to complete mandatory registration before December 31, 2023.
